you are such a dork.
I can see the next Olympics event…waggle wrestling….where you have to get your opponent down using only the waggle.
(wait…I think this makes me a dork too.)
Screw the waggle…show me the babies!

sweet! threaded comments!!
Melanie, if walking briskly is an olympic event (and I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it) then waggle wrestling will most certainly make it.
Fidge, I had a mean waggle several years ago, it could hurt passersby or anyone under 4 feet tall if I got excited. I’m telling you it is the hardest fat to lose and was the last thing to go on me. I could wear my mid drift bear (though I wouldn’t, I pretend to be a lady in public, bwahaa) before I could dare go sleeveless. If you can’t fit in a workout routine start with Bo and do 2 sets of 10 holding him under his arms and pressing him up above your head. Slowly add more reps and sets and then move up the Levi. You can also put Bo on the floor and do push ups down to him, plant a kiss on him and then back up. It’ll be fun for you and the kids and you’ll get a start on your arm curtains, LOL.
hahaha…I was also going to suggest using Bo as a weightlifting tool! I actually do it with Merrick!!!! I’ve had the waggle for a while now! BAH!!!

As someone who has also lost a good chunk of weight this year, I understand how frustrating the lack of tone thing can be. While you are widdling down your wiggle waggle, don’t forget that you have already done a great job just getting to the point of having ficklely flagging flappable flab. I think the kid free-weights are an awesome idea. I just wonder where I can get me some of those.
So, congrats on the loss, and good luck not taking out those of lesser stature (which is tricky since you are a a little on the tall side).
OMG you are to funny. I was laughing my butt off. LOL Good luck on the waggle. Maybe we should have a waggle progress update? LOL
Lol… keep in mind when you lose weight it takes time for your skin to adjust to the new smaller you. The faster the weight loss, the harder it is for your skin to adjust (hence why so many people who get stomach surgery then opt to go get tummy tucks and various other body part tucks). Don’t be too hard on yourself
I found a cheap and easy way to workout your arms is with a normal kid’s playground ball. Put elbows out and press the ball between your palms. It’s also a good thigh press vehicle.
Hey! With my rapid weight loss I have waggle now too. Major waggle. I call them bat wings. It is really hard to get that area toned up again. I went to a seminar on plastic surgery and the surgeon said that the upper arm and inner thighs are the toughest part to get back because when we lose weight we lose the elasticity in those areas. If you find any good exercises that work for your waggle, please share them!
You are adorable! Who knew? Heh.
