Six months old
already!
How is that even possible?
At 6 months old you roll both ways, push up, and can sit alone for short spurts. You recently started solids but weren’t all about it until we fed you prunes. Apparently, there is a 72 year old man hiding somewhere behind that youthful exterior.
You think naps are for suckers, though occasionally you can’t help but crash out for a few minutes

You still room in with mom and dad, because not only do you suck at naps, but night time’s been kind of hard too. Last night you gifted us with a phenominal sleep-a-thon (8pm to 3:30am and then you fell asleep in mom and dad’s bed till 9:30am) and I’m sure now that I’ve mentioned it, you will be up every hour tonight. Speaking of up, I hear you bumping around in the other room and by bumping I mean screaming bloody murder so I need to go scoop you up, cover you in a thousand and one kisses, and snuggle for a bit. The first six months have blown by so quickly, I need to be sure to enjoy every last little snuggle. Because, just like your brother,
one day, hugging mom won’t be a priority of yours anymore.
