People, I have a hernia. I have a surgery consult tomorrow. I also have an intestinal infection that is probably what popped the hernia to begin with. Fun times folks. I’ll try to be funnier in the future when I’m not longer shitting my brain cells out and my intestines have been shoved and secured back where they actually go.

Those can be SO painful – I hope it goes well and that someone can help with the kids while you recover. Put a postage stamp on their little forheads and send them up here for a couple of weeks while you recover…whats 4 more when you already have a basketball team???

You know, I don’t think I’ve seen any hernia recovery get-well cards, so I don’t know what what to say other than I hope everything goes back to normal for you!

I had repair surgery in 94 for a right inguinal hernia. After pushing other 3 kids in the past 6 years I have managed to pop a hernia on the left side. I’m putting off the surgery because it’s not that bad by my own diagnosis.
