I’ve been flogging away at this blogging thing for quite some time now. It’s been an exercise in agony, joy, patience, friendship, and madness. Weekly, I slave over a hot keyboard to bring you the goings on in my head, home, and even my womb. And today, is when I get to grab the microphone and proclaim YOU LIKE ME, YOU REALLY LIKE ME… or well at least someone does.
A few posts ago, I wrote about My Mom Logic and a panel of 4 slaved over 32 My Mom Logic entries just like mine (well not JUST LIKE but you know on the same theme) to narrow down a top ten list to be finalists in The Mother of All Bloggers contest and somehow, I snuck in!
Now here is where I really need you all- it’s a voting thing. I don’t know that my audience is as large as some of the other entrants but I’d like to think that you all are a badillion times more devoted (yes, I am shining your apples). I’m hoping that my more devoted, fantastically brilliant, lovely, and generous readers will go on over to Mom Logic and vote for Finding Yourself Despite Yourself! With your help I can win a laptop (um hells yes please!), a blog makeover (been rocking the same design for 2 years now, might be time for an update), and generous linktatude on Mom Logic (spreading the “Ef it” war cry to the global level! Not to mention the mall bangs and bitchy chickens).
Voting is open until 11:59pm on May 6 and it’s a 1 time per member vote.
I tried to vote but they said I already voted, which I didn’t. Good luck though!

I think several people are having this problem. It is working for some if they try a different browser (firefox instead of IE or IE instead of firefox) Mom Logic will be working on the problem today
Congrats! Yay for new laptops.
I had one in college but (no kidding) lost it on a train from Paris to Brussels. A sick cruel world out there Fidget, sick…cruel and expensive.
